TTS ICon  Share with us your background and experiences. What roles have you held in the past, and what ventures have you been a part of? What were you focused on before diving into this start-up?

I previously worked as a freelance copywriter and graphic designer  for x years, before I decided to go my own way.

TTS ICon  Where is your start-up based out of? Why do you think that is the best place for you?

My company is headquartered in Agra, majorly because I wanted to enable a digital transformation and this was the ideal place for it.

TTS ICon  How did you come up with the name for your business/start-up?

It’s as simple as it gets. ‘Media’ marketing is what we do and ‘X’ can stand for any clientele service we take up - it could be graphic designing, contentwriting, branding, anything. It’s a variable.

TTS ICon  Why should people choose your products/services?

Our team is dynamic and proactive, constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation to deliver tailored marketing strategies that not only drive growth but also exceed expectations. We approach each project with a strategic mindset, analyzing data and trends to ensure our solutions are not just about managing the status quo but about transforming it for optimal success.

TTS ICon  What gets you excited about this company ?

I love how each MediaX mind sets themselves apart with their individual characteristics they bring to the table and it excites me that we get to build our city this way to make a difference.

 

 

TTS ICon  What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur?

I love uncovering new opportunities for myself, by myself. I wanted to take responsibility for achieving my goals my way because I believe that nobody will push you to get what you want, more than you.

TTS ICon  You are always positive and motivated, what keeps you going?

I make it a point to set aside 10-15 minutes daily to reflect on my purpose. This practice allows me to maintain a clear perspective and prevents minor obstacles from derailing my journey towards my goals.

TTS ICon  Tell us about a time where you were responsible for setting strategic vision and overseeing a team to execute it. What were the results?

I think this is exactly what we do on a daily basis. My team and I always curate a concrete vision for each client we work for by putting ourselves in their shoes, so the results are what they ask for.

TTS ICon  How do you convince other executives about the value of marketing?

I think reliable data through case studies, statistics and previous work is the best way.

TTS ICon  Have you ever taken a risk on a new tactic or idea? If so, can you tell us about a time when a risk paid off ?

When you’re a creative growth agency, you take risks every day. Sometimes they work, sometimes you learn. For us, opening new verticals in the niche is always a risk. We’ve also built a city portal community that we invest in.

TTS ICon  Are you comfortable working long and/or odd hours?

As the CEO of a digital marketing company, you gotta work 24/7, but make sure to find ways to relax your mind every now and then. It’s all part of the
learning.

TTS ICon  What specific challenge does your start-up aim to tackle and solve?

Like I mentioned earlier, I am trying to digitally build this city as I build my dream. I believe that tier 2 cities have the potential to grow in a multitude of ways and we are in the process of making that happen.

TTS ICon  Please share with us about your expansion plans?

We are currently in the process of establishing a presence in Bangalore soon, with plans to expand to Goa as well! Our 'Happening In' community currently serves 3 cities and we are excited to expand it both domestically and internationally.

 

 

TTS ICon  In your opinion – what is more necessary: An idea or a good team for successful start-ups?

I think they go hand-in-hand. But to be specific, a good team can make get any idea to be executed well for great results.

TTS ICon  What are the three most important lessons you have learned building your start-up?

  • A – Trust your gut. Sometimes, weighing out the pros & cons doesn’t workout.
  •  B – Invest your time in continued learning. It’s linked to efficiency & more opportunities and it’s a journey, not a destination.
  •  C – Talk to people who are significantly experienced in the same field, you always discover something amazing and it motivates you.

TTS ICon  How hard is it to have a work life balance as a start-up founder and how do you manage it?

As of now, I haven’t struck that balance yet, but I think it is important to unplug sometimes and play to your strengths and peace of mind.

TTS ICon  What are your responsibilities as the business owner?

As a CEO, I am dedicated to fostering a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere to ensure seamless operations and strong relationships. Additionally, I am responsible for defining a clear vision and mission, guiding the team towards it, and continuously seeking out new opportunities each day.

TTS ICon  What is your greatest fear, and how do you manage fear?

I think I wouldn’t really be here if I feared. If things don’t work out for any reason, you find a way to fix them or move on to better prospects.

TTS ICon  How would your approach change if you were beginning your career in this industry today?

Capitalization. Give more to it, put more into it. I think the purpose of leadership is that you don’t get to be in the spotlightyou do enough to unravel the potential of your team so they can shine on as they build your dream in front of you.

TTS ICon  What remarkable achievements have you experienced with your customers? What factors do you attribute to its success?

If it’s a story, I don’t think I would call it a success. If it’s still an on-going process and if you’re working on it better every day, that’s your achievement. We have been working on the branding for an aromatherapy label and know it’s on the higher side because of the authenticity of our content, it features real emotions and really connects with the audience.

TTS ICon  Tell us about your early life & How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?

Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I have always had a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial life. I am thankful for their unwavering support, and much of my knowledge today stems from their guidance and experience.
