  Tell us about yourself, your previous jobs/ventures? What were you doing before this startup? 

A small-town girl who courageously left her corporate career after dedicating six years to the industry, all to pursue her dream of becoming her own boss.

  Where is your startup based out of? Why do you think that is the best place for you? 

We are based out in New Delhi - Capital city of India. Metro cities dream to have a luxury weddings but they don't have time to plan it and that's where we came in pitcure to design and execute their dream wedding into reality.

  How did you come up with the name for your business/startup?

We want people to remember as Creative team and that's how we name it as "Creativeshowz”.

  What service(s) or product(s) do you offer/manufacture? 

We specialize in Wedding Consulting, Wedding Planning, Floral Design/Styling/Decoration, and all aspects of Wedding Decor. Our services include in-house fabrication, a talented team of photographers, entertainment artists, catering, logistics, and all the essential elements for a memorable wedding experience.

We may not claim to be the ultimate, but we treat every wedding we plan as if it were our own intimate celebration at home. Our personalized touch is woven into every aspect of your special day, and we are just a phone call away, ready to assist you with any issues, even in the dead of night.   What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur?

Whether or not others support you, remember that this is your dream, and ultimately, the decisions you make are what truly matter.

  You are always positive and motivated, what keeps you going?

My learnings, my mentors and most important my dreams.

  What attracts you towards entrepreneurship instead of a corporate career?

I am creative person from my childhood and corporate life was killing my creativity. 

  What specific challenges does your startup aim to address and resolve?

We do initial consulting with bride and groom first before meeting with the entire family to understand their prospective towards their wedding day so that we can design their wedding as per their taste which ultimately give them a dream come true feeling because its their special day so it has to be unique.

  What are the key ingredients of your startup?

We follow our 3 simple values : Transperancy, Customer Satisfaction and Quality. We always believe in consulting part first rather than start planning the weddings. The momment client sign contract with us we assign a dedicated planner who take care of all the vendors and other arrangments till wedding rituals ends.

Our services are now avaialble in Mumbai, Goa, Jaisalmer, Jaipur & Aligarh.

  How do you manage yourself and keep on going despite the challenges? What drives you?

If you love your work you will never feel demotivated no matter what the situation is.

  What are the business mantras you have embraced as you sought to establish your success ? In your opinion – what is more necessary: An idea or a good team for successful start-ups?

A good team can give birth to great idea.

  What are the three most important lessons you have learned building your startup?

• Always open to learning .
• Follow WIN-WIN-WIN model for client, team and yourself.
• Give yourself salary as an enterprenure and keep other profit for business.

  Give a brief info about your startup? What problem does it solve?

Creativeshowz is a wedding consulting, planning, designing and styling company founded in 2017 in New Delhi. Now are consulting services available in Mumbai/Goa/Jaipur/Jaisalmer/Aligarh. And our planning, designing and styling services available in PAN India. We help bride and groom to brainstrom on their wedding day ideas and also help them to know eachother during our consulting sessions.

  How hard is it to have a work life balance as a startup founder and how do you manage it? Have you raised funding? If yes, then we would like to know the details. If no then please tell us if you are looking to raise?

No we have not raised any funding till now. But looking forward to it.

  What are your responsibilities as the business owner?

To keep my team, client and business happy by solving their problems on the spot.

  What is your greatest fear, and how do you manage fear?

Earlier we have a fear of cash in-flow and out-flow but after following our mentor directions we are now able to manage them smoothly.

  Tell us about your early life & How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?

I started my business with no back support from my family, relative or friends but as the time flow now everyone appreciate my work.

  What piece of advice would you give to college graduates who want to become entrepreneurs?

Before jumping direclty to start a business take atleat 1-2 years of on-job training.
