BigBasket, owned by Tata Digital, is transforming its business model towards quick commerce.. This strategic shift aims to tap into the booming 10-15 minutes grocery delivery sector, currently dominated by players like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy InstaMart, and Flipkart Minutes. Co-founders Hari Menon and Vipul Parekh have confirmed that BigBasket will soon be focusing on delivering orders within a swift 10-30 minutes timeframe. BigBasket's BB Now platform already makes up over 50% of total revenue.
