Could you share some details about your early life and upbringing? How do you think it has influenced the person you are today?
Growing up as my father’s princess, I felt like the sky was my limit. I was free to pursue my dreams, choose my own path, and make my own decisions. This nurturing environment allowed me to become a confident individual who deeply believed in the power of love and empowerment. Over time, I was inspired to use love as a tool to uplift and make a difference in the lives of others, which in turn fueled my own personal and professional growth.
What inspired you to transition from a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication to becoming a life coach and motivational speaker?
My childhood was incredibly empowering, but as I grew older, I found myself held back by society's expectations of how women should think, feel, and behave. These societal norms slowly drained my confidence, and I felt trapped. Over time, my mental health and relationships suffered, and I dealt with stress, anxiety, claustrophobia, and challenges in parenting. One day, after a series of events, I was forced to reflect on my life and asked myself, "What am I doing, and how long can I keep living like this?" That moment marked the start of my journey to take back control and find joy in life again.
I began exploring more about the mind, body, and spirit, studying psychology, NLP, reiki, pranic healing, and more. Combining science with spirituality, I turned to quantum physics and neuroplasticity to reprogram my mind. Whenever I faced obstacles, I took new courses and applied the lessons to my own life. Slowly but surely, things started to change. My relationship with myself improved, and my family life became stronger as well.
As I experienced peace and joy, I felt inspired to help others do the same. I started sharing my knowledge with close friends, and the results were amazing. This motivated me to become a professional life coach, using my skills to help people identify their obstacles, reclaim their power, and love themselves for who they are. Today, I coach people through various platforms and give motivational talks, all with the goal of empowering others to live their best lives.
What inspired you to start blogging, and how did you choose the topics you write about?
My first blog was about my relationship with my son. I didn’t have a specific reason for writing it—I just wanted to try something new, and it felt like fun. That’s how my blogging journey began. I kept it up for a few months, but after a while, I started feeling unmotivated. I figured no one was reading my posts, so I questioned why I should continue.
I kept thinking about it for days, unsure of what to do. Then one day, I visited a salon. A woman smiled warmly at me and asked, "Are you Peyush Bhatia?" Surprised, I confirmed. She took my hands and thanked me deeply, sharing that she had been on the verge of ending her life when she stumbled upon my blog about my relationship with my son. “Your words changed my entire perspective,” she said. “I decided to give life another chance.”
Her words touched me deeply. It hit me—I was making a difference, bringing hope and positivity to others through my writing. I silently thanked God for this gift and resolved to continue sharing my experiences and perspectives through my blog.
How do you integrate your knowledge of Arhatic Yoga, NLP, and other healing modalities into your coaching sessions?
We are complex beings made up of different aspects, like our body, emotions, mind, and spirit. These dimensions are all connected. Our spiritual side shapes our intentions, which then guide our thoughts. Those thoughts affect how we feel, and our emotions are reflected through our physical body. For healing to happen and for us to manifest what we want, these four dimensions need to be in harmony.
As an NLP Practitioner, Arhatic Yogi, and emotional mastery expert, I’m well-equipped to help my clients heal in a holistic way. My deep understanding of the body, mind, emotions, and spirit allows me to use various healing techniques to find the root cause of any issue – whether it's a physical illness, mental health challenge, or problem with manifestation – and resolve it for good.
How do you tailor your coaching methods to suit the diverse range of clients you work with, from corporate executives to homemakers?
"One size doesn’t fit all" has always been my guiding principle as a life coach. When someone comes to me for help, I start with a diagnostic session to understand where they are stuck, what they want to achieve, and what obstacles are standing in their way. It’s like doing a full-body scan, where I assess the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects to identify the roadblocks.
Based on this, I create a personalized plan tailored to their needs, spread over a series of sessions. Each session is like a targeted surgery where we address a specific challenge, provide the right tools, and promote holistic healing. By the end of the process, regardless of their profession or stage of life, the person is fully healed and empowered to achieve their deepest desires.
Your book, “Life Beyond Fears,” has been described as path-breaking. What motivated you to write it, and what impact do you hope it has on readers?
In my journey toward healing and self-empowerment, I discovered that fear and love are the two core emotions shaping our lives. For years, my life was ruled by fear—constant worry about the past and anxiety about the future kept me from enjoying the present. But once I realized fear could be transcended, everything changed. I became motivated to help others rise beyond their fears and lead lives filled with love. My goal was to turn their fears into strengths: rejection into self-love, failure into confidence, and control into trust. Understanding, accepting, and finally overcoming fear is the path to transformation, a journey I outline in my book Life Beyond Fears.
How do your writings, whether in your book or blogs, complement your work as a coach and speaker ?
I always aim to write content that brings value to my readers and can easily be applied in their daily lives. My new book, *The Chakra Code*, is written with the intention of enhancing the lives of its readers and perfectly aligns with my work as a life coach. While many books have explored the seven chakras or energy centers, *The Chakra Code* sets itself apart by highlighting how chakras are relevant in our modern lives and how they influence various aspects such as health, business, relationships, finances, peace, and success.
The book draws a clear connection between each chakra and the organs they correspond to, detailing specific diseases that may arise from blockages in particular chakras. In today’s fast-paced world, time is precious. That's why the book provides practical tools and quick reference guides to help readers tap into the power of their chakras to heal illnesses, restore organ function, manifest health, attract wealth, find peace, and bring love into their lives.
What role do your videos, blogs, and podcasts play in your overall mission of guiding people towards a better life?
I am on a mission to positively impact as many lives as possible. Through my videos, blogs, and podcasts, I am able to share my knowledge and insights in an accessible way, making it easy for people from all walks of life and different parts of the world to connect with me. These platforms allow me to address their fears, help them overcome challenges, inspire them, and guide them toward a better and more fulfilling life.
How do you maintain your own personal growth and well-being while managing such a diverse and impactful career?
When you stop learning, you stop growing. That's why I always keep my passion for learning and innovation alive. This drive ensures continuous personal and professional development. My students and clients also play a crucial role in my growth, as their journeys inspire my own learning. As a life coach, I need to consistently master manifestation in my own life to guide others effectively. This pushes me to constantly evolve and improve. Long-term success and career advancement are simply natural outcomes of this ongoing pursuit.
Looking ahead, are there any new areas or modalities you’re excited to explore or incorporate into your coaching and healing practices?
Lately, I’ve been diving deeply into breathwork and sound healing, and I’m thrilled to start incorporating these powerful modalities into my sessions and retreats. Breath has the ability to control our mind, thoughts, and emotions, making it a potent tool for inner transformation. Similarly, sound, which is essentially vibration—just like our body and everything in the Universe—can have incredible healing effects.
Both practices are highly effective in calming the mind, relieving stress and anxiety, clearing emotional blockages, and fostering harmony and peace. They also work wonders in reducing pain and strengthening the immune system.
For individuals struggling with fears or barriers in their lives, what is the first step you would recommend they take?
The first step to changing anything is becoming aware of it. Many of us are used to thinking that fear is just a normal part of life, and we accept living with it. To break free from fear, you first need to pay attention to your feelings and recognize that you're living in fear. Once you understand this, you'll see that life can be lived without it. Being aware of your fears is the starting point for overcoming them and moving forward.
