Share with us your background and experience. What roles did you hold in the past? What were you engaged in before embarking on this startup journey?
Devesh Singh Vishen, I am a seasoned entrepreneur managing three thriving startups (Causekey Films, Causekey Social, Crafting Innovation) as part of our dynamic venture "Causekey Group". Additionally, I have a background as a Computer Science engineering dropout from BMSCE Bangalore.
Where is your startup based out of? Why do you think that is the best place for you ?
Our startup is based out of Bangalore and this is the place where I started my entrepreneurial journey hence always motivated to grow in this city.
How did you come up with the name for your business/startup ?
We aim to introduce a versatile solution that can address a multitude of issues across different fields, which is why we call it Causekey.

Hahaah.... Communication style is an overrated word, I don't thing its about a style I feel for me its more important that I have an urge to express myself and make it convenient for the other person to understand in any style.
What gets you excited about this company?
Its just purely passion and the fact that it can impact the society in so many positive ways.
What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur?
Passion, Persistence and Discipline is what drives me to my goals.
You are always positive and motivated, what keeps you going?
The fact that I don't have a plan B and that I don't want to be a commoner.
What attracts you towards entrepreneurship instead of a corporate career?
The dynamic lifestyle and freedom to struggle in your own way.
What’s your experience with video editing/production software?
We utilize a variety of software tools for our content creation, backed by over 8 years of firsthand experience with multiple platforms.
What kind of problem you are solving with the help of your startup?
If we are addressing Causekey Films - We are trying to create an effective and a very optimised approach in content creation space, The Rv ads around us are meaningless and yet very expensive, our approach is to create content that has a story that can be related by the consumers.
Please share with us about your expansion plans?
Currently we are operating Pan India but we are looking forward to expand globally by the end of this year.
How do you manage yourself and keep on going despite the challenges? What drives you?
Just a belief on the journey and the trust I have on my team they are the champions for the growth.
What are the three most important lessons you have learned building your startup?
Never underprice your capabilities, Always keep market updated, Always invest in people.
How hard is it to have a work life balance as a startup founder and how do you manage it?
There is no such thing like work life balance when you pursue your dream as you enjoy the work itself.
What are your responsibilities as the business owner?
Keeping the Business growing and going, Building Teams, Investing in right Direction.
What would you do differently if you were starting in your industry now?
I would take more risks than I did.
What has been your biggest customer success story? Why do you think it was a success?
The majority of our customers are long-term clients. We engage in multiple business transactions with them, and I believe that our team's dedication to keeping our customers satisfied is not just for one individual but reflects our commitment to serving all customers equally, regardless of the transaction size. Every customer is a significant part of our success story, as they have placed their trust in us.
What is the best collaboration that you have done with a brand?
TITAN, FASTRACK, TANISHQ, SALARPURIYA SATTVA, L&T are our major clients and we do long term collaboration contracts with them.
Tell us about your early life & How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?
Earlier I had allot of time to attend my family when I was a student, now I do feel that I am not so available to them and I am sure that bothers them but its a matter of few good years of chase and then we shall all chears together.
